Shipping

• All items will be shipped 1-2 days after purchase and should arrive within 3-6 days. If for any reason you have not received your package after 10 days please contact us at [email protected]  

Returns and Exchanges

• All sales are final. Feral City will provide exchanges if for any reason the garment does not fit properly, although the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees. Please email [email protected], or call 415 810 6797 prior to making any returns and we will provide you with the mailing details.

Do I need a PayPal account to make a payment?

• PayPal does not require an account to make a payment. If your debit/credit cards are already secured by a PayPal account they will ask you to login to make a purchase, otherwise you may pay as a guest.
